Cake Berry Campfire Cobbler

This easy warm cake berry campfire cobbler is a warming and soul-satisfying treat to end a full day of outdoor play!
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 containers of your favourite Pearson's pie filling
  • 1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
  • 1-1/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • Vanilla ice cream, optional

Equipment:

9" baking dish

Directions:

  • Prepare oven at 350F
  • Butter baking dish
  • Spread pie filling in dish
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water and oil. Spread over pie filling
  • Bake as directed by cake mix instructions
